Pillar 02  /  Video

Video that doesn’t just look expensive.

Anyone can add a transition. The job is holding attention past the third second, then delivering the point before someone’s thumb moves. Every cut we make is answering to that.

The three seconds that decide it

An edit is an argument about attention

Most video gets abandoned before the speaker finishes the first sentence. Not because the content is bad — because the opening didn’t give anyone a reason to stay.

So we edit backwards from that. Where does the interesting bit actually start? What can be cut entirely? Where does the eye need something to land on? What does this look like on a phone, muted, at 11pm?

Same footage, different edit, completely different outcome. That gap is the whole value.

  • “People drop off in the first few seconds every time.”
  • “My course videos are good but they feel amateur.”
  • “The ad looks fine and converts nothing.”
  • “I have hours of footage and no idea what to do with it.”

How a video project runs

What actually happens

  1. STEP 01

    Footage & intent

You send the raw files and tell us what this video is for. Where it will live and what you want a viewer to do afterwards.

  2. STEP 02

    Structure first

We agree the shape — the hook, the through-line, the length — before spending days on polish that might get cut.

  3. STEP 03

    Edit & refine

First cut on the agreed date, with timestamped feedback and revisions until it’s right. Exports in every format you need.

  4. STEP 04

    Check back in

We follow up once it’s live to see how it performed, and use that to sharpen the next batch.

Practical questions

Working files & formats

Video project logistics
QuestionAnswer
How do I send footage?Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer — whatever you already use. We’ll send a folder structure so nothing gets lost.
What formats do I get back?Every aspect ratio the piece needs: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9, plus a thumbnail frame and a caption file where relevant.
How is feedback handled?Timestamped notes on a review link. No vague “can you make it punchier” over WhatsApp voice note.
Who owns the final work? You do, outright, on delivery. Project files are archived on our side in case you need them later.
Do you supply music?Yes — properly licensed tracks selected for the piece, or we work with whatever library you already subscribe to.
